The service
ScamShield AI provides an AI-powered email fraud detection service for Indian businesses. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. The service is provided "as-is" and is intended as a supplementary security tool, not a replacement for human judgement or professional cybersecurity advice.
We make no guarantee that every fraud attempt will be detected. Our ensemble model achieves 91–99% accuracy across fraud categories, but sophisticated attacks may bypass detection. Always verify unusual payment requests through a second channel.
Free trial
The 30-day free trial provides full access to your selected plan. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, a 7-day grace period begins: your account remains active but a payment request is sent. After the grace period, your account enters read-only mode until payment is received. You are never charged automatically.
Billing & payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Current pricing: Starter ₹1,499/mo + 18% GST, Professional ₹2,999/mo + 18% GST. All prices include GST-compliant invoices under GST compliance. Payment is accepted via NEFT bank transfer. Razorpay (UPI, cards) coming soon.
Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use ScamShield AI to:
- Scan email accounts you do not own or have explicit authorisation to monitor
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our fraud detection models or data
- Use the service to train competing fraud detection models
- Circumvent the TOTP MFA requirement or other security controls
- Share API keys or account credentials with unauthorised parties
Limitation of liability
ScamShield AI's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for any fraud losses that occur despite the service being active. Our detection is probabilistic, not a guarantee.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms with 7 days notice (or immediately for serious violations such as unauthorised access attempts). On termination, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
